Welcome to WarStance, an online strategy card game owned and operated by Jujosoft. By creating an account or using any part of the WarStance website or game, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").
To access WarStance, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in cheating, exploiting bugs, or using automated tools to gain unfair advantages in the game.
WarStance allows users to purchase additional card packs or upgrades using PayPal. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at Jujosoft's sole discretion.
You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other players. Offensive, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All content, graphics, code, and gameplay mechanics in WarStance are the property of Jujosoft and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute game assets without permission.
Jujosoft may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community or the integrity of the game.
The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Jujosoft does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Jujosoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WarStance, including but not limited to loss of data, virtual items, or account access.
Jujosoft may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
